TAMAZ CHKHIKVISHVILI
Born on July 26, 1956 in the capital city of Georgia-Tbilisi. Currently resides in Tbilisi, Georgia. - Since 1989 he has been involved in business activities; leading the State company “Tbilisi” owned by the Ministry of Trade and material Resources of Georgia, and importing food products to Georgia through port of Poti. - On September 11, 1996 together with foreign partners and "Poti Sea Port", Mr. Chkhikvishvili participates and establishes the rst stevedore company "Dock Transshipment Poti" in the history of Georgian Sea Port. With his direct participation, Mr. Chkhikvishvili contributes to the implementation of USAID pilot program on terminal N6 in port of Poti. - On June 23, 1998 - established the company "Prometko Georgia”, which becomes the long-term tenant and operator company of the Poti Sea Port Terminals N 3 and N4. - On January 10, 2000, together with partners, established the company “GSC”, which becomes the long-term tenant and operator company of the Poti Sea Port Terminal N6. - On June 30, 2000, together with foreign partner, founded the company “DTE-GEORGIA”, that carried out metal scrap exporttransit operations through Port of Poti. - On August 9, 2001, together with foreign partners, founded Georgian food importing company "Georgita"; After winning the tender, 'Georgita' served the construction of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil pipeline. - On November 02, 2004 - became the partner of LLC “Didube Plaza” ( large scale Business Center in Tbilisi) and the author and the implementer of real estate large-scale reconstruction project. - From 2005 to now, he is the partner of long term lease holding company on terminal N5 in Port of Poti. Under his leadership and participation, an investment (including his personal nancial resources), of more than $ 40 million was made in Georgia..
GIANCARLO SPIRITO
Born on May 4, 1943 in Tortona, Italy. Italian citizen. Since 1985, his business activities have been closely linked to Georgia. Upon the request of Georgian government, Mr. Spirito has been actively supporting independent Georgia by supplying food products; with his direct participation, Georgia received several consignments of sugar from Cuba. In 2000's, with the Company “Es-Co International Inc”, Mr. Spirito provided catering services to the construction of Baku-TbilisiCeyhan pipeline. From February 9, 2004 to July 27, 2007 Mr. Spirito was a partner of “GSC” - the managing (lessee) Company of terminal №6 in Port of Poti. On October 11, 2004 became the Director of “GSC” - the managing (lessee) Company of terminal №6 in Port of Poti and occupied the position till November 6, 2006. From November 2, 2004 to October 16, 2007 Mr. Spirito was a partner of the under-construction business center in TbilisiDidube Plaza (LLC “Didube Plaza”); -From November 2, 2004 to August 1, 2007, he was the director of the under-construction business center Didube Plaza (LLC “Didube Plaza”). In 2004, Mr. Spirito, in cooperation with his business partners, has founded the large scale company “Georgita”, specialized in importing Italian food and hygiene products. Under his leadership and direct participation, an investment (including personal investment) of more than $ 30 million was made in Georgia
LADISLAV HALACKA
Born on January 18, 1968 in Moravska Trebova, Czech Republic. Currently resides in Brno, Czech Republic. Since 1992, his business activities have been closely linked to Georgia. From November 02, 2006 to October 02, 2007, Mr. Halachka was a partner of "Prometko Georgia”- the managing (lessee) Company of 3rd and 4th terminals of port of Poti. From October 21, 2003 to November 09, 2006 he was the director of "Prometko Georgia”- the managing (lessee) Company of 3rd and 4th terminals of port of Poti. On December 22, 2004, Mr. Halachka, in cooperation with the Italian partner Mr. Giancarlo Spirito, founded LLC “Georgita 2005”- the Company specialized in importing European products to Georgia. From September 26, 2006 to now, Mr .Halachka is a founder and a director of LLC “Retro Club Triumph”. From 2005 to 2009 - he invested in HORECA industry and conducted rst Czech beer festival in Tbilisi. From March 16, 2007 to now, he is the director of LLC “Babilon Georgia”. Under his leadership and participation, an investment (including personal financial resources) of more than $5 million was made in Georgia.
STANISLAV KRASLAVSKI
Born on January 06, 1956. Resident of French Republic. Since 1996, He has been carrying out business activities in Georgia. Mr. Kraslavski was supporting independent Georgia with the export-import procedures of heavy industry products. With ARES SRL Company, Mr. Kraslavski has implemented following activities in Georgia: From 1999 to 2001, made an investment in port of Poti, provided a rolling press for metal scarp recovery and installed a multipurpose port crane. The total investment reached 4 million USD. From 2000 to 2005, ARESIN TRNATIONAL SA together with METAL GEO SA implemented the rehabilitation project of Rustavi Metallurgical Factory; Mr. Kraslavski signed the contract to deliver pump-compressor and casing pipes to Turkmenistan (contract for 330 million dollars with the government of Turkmenistan), Azerbaijan, Italy, and other countries. In all projects implemented in Georgia, Mr. Stanislav Kraslavski hold a position of general manager in Italian companies. Under the leadership of above mentioned companies, the investment of 7 million USD has been made in Georgia.
